System deployment: our firm builds vibration diagnostic systems supplied with expert’s system for continuous supervision of important and expensive machines. The system collects the measurement data continuously and when its needed it sends an alarm or information to the ones working on the workstation. The system stores the collected vibration data and only sends the important information to the user. The vibration data is downloadable for additional analysis.

Machine state survey:with the help of modern portable equipments we can establish the actual state of the machine while it is operating. In the course of the examinations the most modern expert system helps us to get exceptionally accurate diagnosis under short time. We can do the examination of diverse machines. Reports are prepared from all measurement evaluations. The reports imply the diagnosis of machine faults (if the machine has more faults, then all), an estimation for the rate of the fault, which gives information about the urgency of repair and maintenance interventions. The reports also imply the fault trends based on the previous measurements and examinations.

Operating Deflection Shape (ODS): ODS is the simplest way to see how a machine or structure moves during its operation, at a specific frequency or moment in time. To the animation we build up the geometry model of the construction, and by making vibration measurements on different points of the structure we display the real motion shape. An ODS contains the overall dynamic response of a structure due to forced and resonant excitation, so the faults and problems are easily discoverable in the construction.
