This factory contains several plants and approximately 150 real rotary machines. Measurements are real, and analyses and machine-related information are true. In this live system, you can see the type of data you could receive for your machines. The testing of all machines has been carried out in a complex way, by using several types of diagnostic technologies. The results of all special expert systems can be seen, and they can be displayed in an integrated form in the BDES. –Data of the Risk Analyzer software are also available, and the dynamic risk categorization of all machines can be seen. Statistic analyses regarding machine faults can be obtained through the Internet.
